BIO

Bill grew up in Edina, a small town in northeast Missouri. Many of his stories are based on his childhood memories. Bill is a graduate of Truman State University and he completed his post studies at Roosevelt University. Though he mentions that his previous occupations consisted of plate spinning and knife throwing, his real occupations were as a teacher and as a regulatory analyst in the law department of a large corporation. 

He met his wife, Debra, at Truman and they have been married for over 40 years. Their son, Michael, is also a writer. They currently live in a southwest suburb of Chicago where Bill spends his retirement years writing.
