Shipping Policy (USA only)

We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days.

Due to the nature of the items, signed and/or inscribed books may require additional lead time.

We will contact you as soon as possible if we anticipate any delays in shipping your order.

Delivery Time

Most books should arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the shipping date.

If you have not received your book within 10 business days from the shipping date, please reply to your shipment confirmation email or contact us at Orders@whwhite.com.

Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy

We appreciate that you purchased our book. Please send an email to Debra@whwhite.com with an explanation for your request. Refunds will not be issued. Upon evaluation, another book may be mailed to you.

We do not share or sell customer information.

We use Stripe for processing payments which is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.
